You should come for a check-up at least once a year to make sure that you are looking after your Oral Health properly and to have the health of your teeth and the condition of your gums checked, we also check for signs of mouth cancer. If you have sensitive teeth or suffer from pains from your teeth or high amounts of tooth decay, it would be a good idea to have a check-up more often.
